How much do vending machines cost?
Seba Vending provides all vending machines and services for free. The machines are installed, stocked with products and serviced/maintained all at no cost. However, if you are looking to purchase a soda vending machine and stock in yourself, they generally start around $3,600 for a quality unit.

What are the requirements to place a soda machine? 

In order for a soda machine to work in a business Vending Solutions requires a high amount of customer traffic. Once a request is received, Seba Vending will evaluate the location and determine if it meets our requirements.

What types of vending machines are available?
We work with location Management to determine the right fit for the potential location.  We are not limited to the kinds of vending machines we can use.

What do the vending machines look like? 
Seba Vending offers vending machines in various sizes that fit most locations. All vending machines are attractive, top-of-the-line-models.

Where should you install or place your vending machine?
The actual location of the machine may vary depending on the location.  We prefer to place machines in places where the machine will be convenient to customers.

How long does it take to install the vending machines
and what is the process?
It takes about 15 business days to have your vending machine installed and filled.  Seba Vending's process for vending machine installation is simple and hassle free.

Step 1: Fill out our Service request form located in the contacts section of this website.

Step 2: Seba Vending will set up an appointment with a Location Manager to determine the right fit for you and work out any details.

Step 4: Seba vending will begin the process of placing the machine at the desired location.

What does a soda cost from the vending machine? 
The price of each product will vary depending on many factors.  If there is a specific product you would like pricing for, Seba Vending will be happy to provide you with those figures prior to installation.

What products do you have available in the vending machines? 
Seba Vending is not limited to the products we put in our machines.  If you have request, let us know and we will do everything in our power to accommodate you.

How do you deal with repair and refill issues?
At Seba Vending we take several preventative measures to ensure that all our machines run seamlessly.  Nonetheless, a variety of things can go wrong with vending machines. If a problem were to occur, we are prepared to provide fast and reliable repair services. A contact number will be placed on each machine in the event of a failed vend.  The incident will be immediately investigated and all applicable refunds will be issued.

What if someone loses money in the vending machine? 
Seba Vending will reimburse any money that is lost in the vending machine. 

What if my vending machine is vandalized? 
Although it is uncommon, vending machines may be vandalized. If your machine is vandalized, you will not be held responsible for any damaged equipment.  Although, Seba Vending reserves the right to remove vending machines if vandalism continues to be an issue.

How often should the vending machines be refilled? 
Vending machines should always have sodas to vend. Anytime a vending machine runs empty, money is lost. Some companies choose to set up a general refill schedule.  At Seba Vending we work to pro actively develop a custom refill schedule for every location.  No location is the same, so we prefer to work hand in hand with our customers to develop a schedule that fits each particular situation.

What are the electrical requirements for a soda machine? 
Most soda vending machines run on 115 volts at about 10.5 amps. Most commercial grade three prong outlets will be acceptable to power a vending machine. Power consumption tends to run about 3.1 - 4.4 kWh/day for the lighting and 3.5 - 4 kWh/day for the refrigeration. The power consumption can vary depending on if the machine is placed outside or other extreme environment.
